I recently sent a pair of golf shoes to LaRossa for repair. I was a little reluctant at first and quite honestly thought this a futile effort on my part as I could not find a local repair shop which I trusted as these were my “golf shoes”.
To my surprise I received them back in about a week’s time. When I opened the box, I was blown away. I could not believe these were my shoes. The one’s I had sent had broken off cleats were white and very dirty and the sole looked like it was ready to fall off.
I immediately took a second look as I could not believe my eyes:

1. The soles looked brand new and like a new pair
2. All the scratch marks were removed and the outside of the shoe looked brand new
3. The inside had been refinished as well

The bottom line – my six year old shoes looked like I just purchased them from my local pro shop and were done at a third of price of a new shoe.
I would recommend this repair company to anyone who is interested in the best craftsmanship available. The effort and skill they put into repair this shoe is absolutely phenomenal. I thought the days of getting a quality repair such as I received were over but this company restored my faith and convinced me that there truly is a organization that cares about the quality they produce and making their customer happy beyond their expectations.
